As a marketing major and longtime creative, I started out building brands for independent music artists — helping them break through the noise with content that connected. That love for storytelling eventually led me behind the camera, and into the world of real estate marketing.

Today, I blend strategy, creativity, and a genuine love for photography to help local realtors win more attention — and turn it into actual business growth.

I’m Joseph Silluzio — co-founder of Peak Sync Media, a creative-first marketing agency based in Apex, NC. We help real estate professionals make their listings pop, attract the right buyers, and build a brand people remember.

As a marketing major and longtime creative, I started out at UNC Charlotte where I got hooked on using content to drive real results. One of my first projects? Helping scale my family’s local security business into one of the most trusted names in the Triangle — all through strategic ads, strong visuals, and local market know-how.

These days, I bring that same energy into real estate. I focus on photography, market research, and ad campaigns that don’t just look good — they actually work. Whether it’s a million-dollar listing or your personal brand, I’m all about helping you stand out in a way that feels true to you.
